Customer service Excellent. Communication and progress with my car with repairs were beyond whatever I have had at other repair shops! Plus, a front seat vacuum & clean up to boot! Very impressed. My repair looks as if nothing ever was damaged, and all completed in a timely matter. Will highly recommend to others!! Keep up the great work- keep communicating to your customers they certainly feel important!

I can’t think of anything that Faulk Auto could have better! The customer service was great, and the body work they did seem perfect to my eye. Falk worked seamlessly with our insurance company, the owners and front desk were great. They had alternative transportation available for me and kept me up to date on how my car was progressing.

Called with a cracked windshield, they were very receptive and responsive as well as able to get me in asap. After dropping my truck off, they were caring enough to not only give me a ride back to my house, they then dropped off my truck at my house when it was done! Phenomenal work, timely, and not a single hitch to speak of. I will definitely be coming back if I need any further work done.
